  • Can I change the name on an entrance ticket?
We understand that ticket arrangements can change and sometimes tickets get passed on to others. As long as you have a valid ticket, you're good to go, regardless of the name it bears. We don't check if the name on your ticket matches your ID at the box office (except for glamping tickets), as it's the unique code on the ticket that is key, not the name. And if you've purchased your ticket through our official resale partner TicketSwap, rest assured, your ticket is valid. But please note: we DO need the correct name and ID for glamping reservations. If you need to change the name on your glamping ticket, please contact ticketing@parallelfestival.com.
